My dad has a 2003 Maxima and has been having problems with his CD player skipping. The dealer always says crap about them having to take it out and ship it away to be fixed (which would take up to 2 weeks according to them). Obviously, they should just order him a new one under warranty and replace it, rather than sending his unit out to be fixed. It seems it's more of a problem with Nissan not wanting to shell out the extra money to fix these problems. If you want good customer service, buy an Acura next time... we've never had a problem working with them.
